Winter snow equipment operators for the Twin Cities metro. Long-term / year-round grounds team opportunity with career growth.

Pay: Plow / skid steer: $28–$35/hr · Experienced wheel loader: $35–$42/hr
What we need:

• Snow equipment experience (plow truck, skid steer, and/or wheel loader)
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions (CDL helpful; tell us class/endorsements on the application)
• Availability for nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when storms hit (on-call storm response)
• Reliable, hardworking, customer-service driven

Snow Shovelers & Sidewalk Crew – Apply

Remove snow around the Twin Cities metro with shovel, snowblower, and ice melt. On-call / storm-based full-time or part-time.

Pay: $23–$27/hr · Crew leaders $28–$32/hr
Schedule: Nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when storms hit. Equipment and training provided — reliability matters more than prior snow experience.

This role may require:

• Working outdoors in the cold
• Lifting and using heavy shovels / equipment
• Shifts that can run 6–12 hours during storms

This is a long term, year around position working as a part of our landscaping team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking person. This person should have at least 4 years field experience working with softscapes and hardscapes. The applicant will work in the field while leading a crew.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid MN Class A driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position)
• Previous experience working with landscape design, build and maintenance
• Knowledge of: Plant identification, installation technique and reading landscape design
• Hardscape materials and technique familiarity
• Proficient equipment and power tool operator
• Snow removal experience
• Responsible, honest and hard working Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer)
• Proven leadership ability
• Quality and results driven

This is a long term, year around position working as a part of our landscaping team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking person. This person should have at least 1 year field experience working with softscapes and hardscapes. The applicant will work closely with landscape foreman and crew members.

• Valid MN driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position)
• Experience working with landscape design, build and maintenance field
• General plant identification knowledge and installation technique
• Hardscape materials and technique familiarity
• Basic equipment and power tool experience
• Responsible, honest and hard working
• Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer)
• Attention to quality standards

Additional Desired Qualifications (preferred but not required)

Class A license beneficial but not required
Snow removal experience preferred but not required

This is a long term, year around position to work with our lawn maintenance crew. Person will be responsible for working in a team to maintain general grounds maintenance and appearance at commercial properties

Minimum Qualifications

• General turf knowledge
• Past experience operating commercial mowing equipment
